The Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance (NVHA) has more than a decade of experience in managing a successful emergency preparedness coalition comprised of a diverse group of hospitals and health systems located in a high-risk area.
Over these years we have seen countless vendors and consultant groups around the country who will gladly offer their services and “expertise” to communities and organizations. In most cases the “experts” they provide have never managed a healthcare coalition or seen a complicated regional preparedness effort all the way through from concept to execution. They will charge more to deliver less.
The subject matter expertise and best practices that NVHA can bring to our clients has come through more than ten years of experience in developing regional response capabilities and putting them into action for real life incidents.
